Meet the Chef
Chef Abbigail Carlson formally studied at the New England Culinary Institute and has traveled the world exploring the culinary arts. Abbigail refined her skills in the art of pasta making as the Pastiola for Spinasse at Poppy Restaurant in Seattle. While living in Boise, ID Abbigail was active in the community teaching cooking classes at the local farmers market and was head chef at Peaceful Belly Farm where she would create amazing multi-course dinners for guests to enjoy in the midst of a field surrounded by the abundance of the seasons beauty, making her the perfect fit for Chef at the Yurt.
